Threeways Shipping Services (Group) Limited is seeking a dynamic Commercial Support Executive to join our growing team in Kampala, Uganda.
About the Role

As our Commercial Support Executive, you’ll be at the heart of our commercial operations, working directly with our Business Development Lead to drive business success and deliver exceptional client experiences.
What You’ll Do
- Support the full commercial cycle from tender preparation to contract management
- Conduct market research and provide data-driven insights to inform business strategy
- Collaborate across departments to ensure seamless service delivery
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive coordination
- Prepare compelling reports and presentations that showcase our commercial performance
What We’re Looking For
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Economics, or related field
- 2-4 years of experience in commercial, sales support, or business operations roles
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong understanding of contract management and commercial operations
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Analytical mindset with keen attention to detail
- Customer-focused with proven problem-solving capabilities
Bonus: Experience with ERP systems is an advantage
